Dr. Richard L. Owens, MD
Dr. Owens has long and extensive experience with the care of hemorrhoids and other vein disorders. His office practice is confined to hemorrhoid care, vein care, minor surgeries, and prolotherapy procedures. He and his staff perform office surgery and vein care procedures with the goal of minimizing patient discomfort and time lost from work. An important side benefit to office procedures is the enormous savings in cost compared with hospital or surgicenter procedures.
Dr. Owens and his staff have been serving the Madison community with outpatient hemorrhoid and vein treatment services since 1995. During that time, they have come to appreciate the normal concerns and questions that arise before and after such procedures.
